Prelaunch Terms
These terms cover this prelaunch website and founding-interest list. Paid downloads are not available from this site today.

Lenscap is preparing an official Mac release. Joining the founding list expresses interest only. It is not a purchase, reservation, deposit, guarantee of access, guaranteed launch date, or service-level commitment. This site does not take payment.
2. Product, license, and pricing information
Product descriptions reflect the release candidate available when this page was reviewed. Preview features may be incomplete, change, or be removed. Planned pricing, license scope, update entitlement, and refund terms are informational until they appear in an active checkout and the final purchase terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, probe it for unauthorized data, submit another person’s address without permission, evade security controls, or use the forms for spam, unlawful activity, or abuse. Lenscap may block abusive traffic or remove fraudulent submissions.
4. Ownership and open source
Lenscap names, artwork, website copy, and packaged releases are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Lenscap source files released under the MIT License remain governed by that license. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Comparison pages are informational and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
5. Third-party services
The site depends on hosting, delivery, and database providers and may link to third-party websites. Lenscap does not control third-party services, terms, content, or availability. The optional Personal Cloud preview connects to infrastructure chosen and operated by the user.
6. No warranty for the prelaunch site
To the extent allowed by law, this site and its prelaunch materials are provided as available, without a promise that they will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error free. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes
Lenscap may update these terms as the release, checkout, support channel, or providers become available. The review date above will be updated. The terms accepted for an order govern that order; later changes do not silently replace them.
